PALLETISING OUR PRODUCTS
Palletising combines a good, even distribution of the load with suitable fastening systems to increase efficiency and safety.
- We optimise pallet preparation and condition
A pallet in a poor condition jeopardises the entire load unit.
A preliminary inspection of the pallet is performed to prevent any damage or deformation that could affect its stability.
We choose the most suitable type based on weight and volume.
Our standard dimensions are 1 x 1.20 and 1.10 x 1.10.
- Improving strategic goods placement
As you know, we use various types of packaging for fire extinguishing agents, ranging from 3 kg, 6 kg, 9 kg, 20 kg and 25 kg sacks to 20-25 kg plastic containers, and 20, 25, 200 and 1,000-litre drums.
For greater stability, proper distribution prevents items from tipping over, shifting or breaking.
- We secure loads with suitable materials
Securing the load is essential to prevent it from shifting.
Stretch wrap, strapping or tape, and corner protectors prevent damage.
Our ultimate aim is to improve palletising.
