QUÍMICA 21 currently makes more than 20 class ABC, BC and D reference powders, all manufactured with additives from leading brands, endowing our products with features and performances that are hard to match by our competitors.

CHARACTERISTICS.

Our QTEC-K (BC-93%) fire extinguisher powder, is a product based on potassium bicarbonate, treated with additives that significantly improve its behaviour by making it resistant to humidity in the environment.

All our products, are manufactured with the latest technology on the market, following the most demanding standards of quality.

Likewise, our reference QTEC-K, complies with standard UNE-EN 615:2009.

PRESENTATION.

Standard packaging:

  • 25 kg paper bag, fully printed and prepared so that the product is able to withstand extreme weather conditions.
  • 1000 kg plasticized raffia bag.
  • 25 kg airtight plastic tub with lid and handle.

All our products are palletized and shrink-wrapped.

TOXICITY.

Our QTEC-K powder, does not contain harmful ingredients for people or the environment, under normal conditions of use, in accordance with Directive 67/548/EEC and Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.

APPLICATIONS.

Our fire-extinguishing powder, is suitable for class BC-E fire control, according to electrical-technical test report no. 95013173, issued by the L.C.O.E, which indicates that our product can be used in the presence of electric current of up to 90KV.

All our products can be used in portable and mobile fire extinguishers and in fixed fire-fighting systems, which require a high quality product with excellent extinguishing power.

APPEARANCE.

All our products can be manufactured according to our customers’ needs in terms of adjusting density and fluidity.

COMPATIBILITY.

Our QTEC-K fire extinguisher powder is compatible with synthetic foams.

QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CERTIFICATES.

QTEC-K complies with standard UNE-EN 615:2009.

Likewise, the manufacturing processes are certified under Standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015.
