TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY OF OUR PRODUCTS

As you know, in the transportation and/or the handling of any product carries some risks that, be that as it may, we try to make sure that there are as few as possible by always contracting our services with transport companies whose reliability and delivery service are proven.

To improve service and to avoid economic losses, QUIMICA 21, S. L. has additional insurance for these cases.

In order to benefit from this service, it is essential that all of our customers record the incident on the delivery note, as well as that of QUIMICA 21, as indicated at the bottom of our delivery notes:

 “FOR ANY IRREGULARITY OR DELAY IN RECEIPT OF THIS MERCHANDISE, AS APPLICABLE, PLEASE RECORD THE RELEVANT INFORMATION ON THIS DELIVERY NOTE, AS WELL AS ON THAT OF THE TRANSPORTATION AGENCY, AND SEND BY EMAIL/FAX.

WE WILL UNDERSTAND THE MERCHANDISE TO BE PROPERLY RECEIVED, IF THE DELIVERY NOTES ARE SIGNED WITHOUT ANY RECORDED INFORMATION, THEREFORE NO LATER CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED”

We therefore ask you to check the condition of your goods upon receipt, and to document the incidents that may occur, this will enable us to better serve you, avoiding any possible loss that could occasionally arise.
