   SICUR 2024

 

SICUR 2024 brought together more than 46,000 security professionals. The event showcased 654 exhibitors with an engaging agenda of specialised sessions in FORO SICUR, SICUR CYBER and EXO CORNER, a new addition to the exhibition this year. SICUR CYBER addresses the challenges and impact of cybersecurity on physical security systems, while EXO CORNER highlights specialists in exoskeletons that enhance workplace safety by reducing effort and preventing numerous muscular injuries.

 

Regarding international participation, 24.8% of exhibitors came from 31 different countries, with professionals attending from 80 countries. Portugal’s representation is notable, along with that of Italy, France and the United Kingdom, alongside the collective representation of Latin American countries that view SICUR as their reference trade fair in Europe.

 

In conclusion, this year’s SICUR introduces SICUR Liveconnect as a novelty, operational until 27 March. This platform allows for hybridising the event and digitally complementing the in-person participation of companies and professionals.
