Improving our sustainability together!

Our goal is to offer value to society in an efficient, sustainable way, for which reason we apply sustainability approaches to all our daily activities in order to reduce our environmental impact as far as possible. However, we consider sustainability not just in environmental terms, but also with regard to economic and social sustainability.

We’re committed to caring for the planet, as proven by our ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management certificate. We develop our activity based on respect for the environment, which we achieve through sustainable criteria and encouraging awareness about caring for the environment among our collaborators, suppliers and employees. This way of doing things involves all areas and facets of both the company and the products we market, in addition to the people who work at Q21, such that we try to apply this mentality to large activities and the tiniest everyday details, as you can see with the initiatives we’re launching.

• Digitalisation of catalogues and other promotional materials.
• From 2024, digitalisation of all sales and accounting processes at the company. This will allow us to be more efficient and will reduce the consumption of paper and consumables arising from the issue of invoices and their receipt by 90%.
• The reduction of more than 50 tons/year of CO₂ emitted into the atmosphere thanks to our two state-of-the-art photovoltaic plants.
• Optimisation of production processes: we’ve increased our kg/hour production, thereby reducing our energy consumption by 20%.
